Job Responsibilities
- Supervise a work group to assure production of products/services meets daily production schedules.
- Ensure company safety policy is followed.
- Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and that all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ensure communication of objectives, programs, policies and that team members are familiar with their authority, responsibilities, and objectives.
- Ensure achievement of objectives relating to personnel management, personnel safety, product quality, productivity, yield, and scheduling.
- Oversee training of new employees in proper performance of line tasks.
- Complete production reports and payroll responsibilities as required.
- Through leadership, training and effective role modeling, personally ensure that all team members understand and use the Charter, Employee Handbook, Managing Principles and Team Commitment to increase a participatory environment of working together for mutual benefit.
