Summary
Protégé, a division of All Native Group and Ho-Chunk, Incorporated is seeking an exceptional Systems Administrator to be responsible for the overall execution, coordination, and compliance of all contract activities supporting the Navigation Training Systems Lab (NTSL). The PM ensures cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met, while maintaining full alignment with contract requirements and Government expectations.
Essential Functions
Lead program planning, execution, and oversight across all task areas
Develop, maintain, and control the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including:
Weekly execution tracking
Resource allocation
Milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Manage Subcontractors, Including
Integration into IMS
Staffing plan oversight
Performance monitoring and reporting
Chair and oversee biweekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, including:
Stakeholder coordination
Decision tracking
Action item management
Deliver Required Program Artifacts
Contractor Progress, Status, and Management Reports (CPSMR)
Presentation materials and executive briefings
Establish And Manage Program Metrics, Including
Schedule performance
Quality and product stability
Staffing and resource utilization
Implement Risk Management Processes, Including
Risk identification, tracking, and mitigation
Participation in Government Risk Working Groups
Ensure Compliance With
ISO 9001 Quality Management
RMF / cybersecurity requirements
OPSEC and CUI handling policies
Provide Government visibility into program performance and corrective actions
Competencies
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired
Experience with NAWCTSD / training systems
Deliverables Ownership
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
CPSMR reports
IPT summaries (within 24 hours of meetings)
Risk registers and mitigation plans
Program metrics dashboards

8 years of program management experience in DoD or similar environment

Education
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related)
