Job Description
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in Analytics and Market Intelligence team in the Strategic Management Office (SMO), responsible for transforming complex data and information into clear, actionable insights that improve service, cost, resilience and operational performance.
This role partners closely with planning, procurement, logistics, distribution and its interdependencies to diagnose performance derivers, optimize end-to-end flows, and embed analytics into daily decision-making. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst engages with both business and BTS (Business Technology Solution) to ensure that Data and Business Processes are aligned, to continuously improve data governance, and strengthen analytics capabilities. This role also searches for innovative ways to drive awareness on data driven opportunities, acts as both a technical expert and a business translator – connecting data, tools and strategy to deliver measurable impact. The Analyst will be recognized as a key member in the analytics area within supply chain domain, empowering strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Passionate and maintains pragmatic approach to all data conclusions and solutions in large datasets
Effectively analyzes diverse sources of data across transportation, warehousing, planning, inventory, and supplier performance to achieve targeted outcome
Apply modeling concepts to solve medium-complex business questions
Support the development of an “analytical capability” and “big data” concepts to become the business expert in these areas
Closely collaborates with BTS and business partners to set priorities and provides support on data management and governance
Translates analytical findings into clear, compelling insights for business leaders and key stakeholders to drive desired business outcomes
Effectively participate in cross-functional project teams
Participate in production of innovative analytic solutions that drive existing and changing business processes and business strategies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in in supply chain analytics, logistics, planning, or operations is required
Understanding of statistical, predictive modeling concepts and AI technologies
Comfortable with big, complex and unstructured data sets
Demonstrated ability to translate data into business recommendations
Excellent helicopter view as well as deep dive analytical skills are required
Working knowledge of statistical analysis environments and BI tools and data mining frameworks.
Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
