Oversee and address manufacturing processes, perform quality checks, and document procedures.
Conduct cleaning and sanitization tasks as per procedures, ensuring files and databases are current.
Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions in response to regulatory inspection feedback.
Monitor processes for troubleshooting production issues regularly.
Ensure all activities comply with company protocols and maintain high standards of quality control.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience, MBA/MS with any years of experience, Associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and tools
Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks
Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Experience with preparing and cleaning various components, materials, and equipment
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Experience in pharmaceutical production
Practical knowledge in a regulated industry

Physical/Mental Requirements
Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20.
Must be able to withstand exposure to inks, solvents and liquids.
Stand for up to 8 to 12 hours depending on assigned area.
Must be able to push, pull and/or lift above shoulders.
Push and pull heavy carts or tanks.

The salary for this position ranges from $17.11 to $28.51 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
