Job Description
Key Responsibilities Inbound & Outbound Job Processing
Create XD inbound jobs for VSD, Cable, and DH equipment.
Prepare inbound and outbound test packets to support shop workflows.
Complete inbound test documentation and ensure all steps are properly recorded.
Communicate inbound test goals and status to the shop team.
Create VSD outbound jobs with accurate data entry and documentation.
Documentation, Tracking & File Management
Create, save, and maintain move sheets for equipment tracking.
Retrieve, upload, and manage signed shippers within internal systems.
Attach and maintain all required files within XD for compliance and job traceability.
Track RTT, coating activity, and cycle counts (wire, shot, coating) and report results to Inventory.
Communication & Coordination
Communicate inbound test status and requirements to Asset Managers.
Conduct follow-ups for equipment designation (2nd and final requests).
Provide testing status updates to the Shop Manager and Shop Supervisor.
Support weekly and monthly reporting of Operations, DH, and VSD KPIs.
Asset & Inventory Support
Identify scrap assets for potential resale and coordinate resale activities.
Manage resale rack inventory and organization.
Assist in development and implementation of rental asset management procedures.
Team Support & Leadership
Help motivate and support the Operations Support team.
Create and manage Operations Support Specialists’ schedules.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support development of new processes.
Maintenance & Operational Development
Develop And Maintain Schedules For:
Pump calibration
Monthly and quarterly Coat Shop maintenance
Wash Pit pump maintenance
Support special projects as assigned by Operations leadership.
Reporting & KPI Development
Create weekly and monthly Operations, DH, and VSD shop KPIs.
Assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities through data.
