Tampa – Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician
Location: Tampa, FL | Fully Integrated Plant
Pay: Starting at $32/hr $1 shift premium for 3rd shift
Training pay begins on 1st shift (minimum of 3 weeks)
Eligible for annual increases and quarterly bonuses (up to 5% of annual pay)
Overtime available and required as needed
Shifts Available
3rd: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities
Emphasize safe work practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE compliance
Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, robotics, and plant systems
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment
Work with 120V, 208V, and 480V AC circuits; motor controls, VFDs, and soft starts
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability
Operate machine shop tools as needed (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, saws, welders, etc.)
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics

PLC Troubleshooting Experience Preferred
Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as required
