The Maintenance Records Technician I prepares and enters accurate logbook entries, according to Duncan Aviation approved procedures, to reflect the maintenance and modifications performed at Duncan Aviation. In addition, this position researches basic logbook items; attends various department and customer meetings; and accurately records time on customer/internal work orders.

Essential Job Functions
- Prepares and enters timely, accurate and complete FAA required logbook entries to record maintenance or modifications performed under Duncan Aviation's repair station certificate.
- Researches basic, introductory and specific logbook items.
- Updates tracker database for completed maintenance or modifications.
- Responds to internal and external customers inquiries relative to aircraft records and research, including processing documentation relative to customers' specific maintenance programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
