In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with our business customers through high-volume inbound calls – no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist our business customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their business needs. Bring your active Producer’s/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on our business customers. We’ll provide paid training along with continued coaching, so you’ll feel confident in the role. Schedule: This is a full-time position with a five-day workweek. Schedules include Saturday with a combination of weekdays, working evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after completion of training.
Work from home office requirements
Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
Compensation
$22.00 per hour
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
