Would you like to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the warfighter? BAE Systems is recruiting a customer-facing role in Ft Worth, TX, to support management and coordination between BAES Systems F-35 System & Equipment Services (S&ES) teams and key external stakeholders to ensure delivery of the BAE Systems Sustainment Item Analysts service. A successful candidate will be able to solve problems, work with multiple sources of data and formulate solutions to key Item Analysts issues. They will have a strong background in data analytics/Fleet Management/Maintenance principles. They will also support a key interface between the Item Analysts / UK Fleet Management team and the wider internal and external population based in the US.
The candidate will be expected to manage multiple internal and customer requirements, expectations, and escalate issues into internal BAE Systems management and HPSI.
This role will also act as one of the primary Sustainment F-35 Fleet Management customer-facing representative to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes to Lockheed Martin, Joint Program Office (JPO), government officials and the global F-35 Lightning II Fleet.
