Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and administration of the Government cloud environment.
- Maintain compliance with the CMMC program and address vulnerabilities identified by our SOC team.
- Assist with SharePoint, OneDrive, Multi-Factor Authentication, Switch configuration, and the ERP system.
- Perform a variety of moderately complex IT support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services.
- Provide user and desktop support (hardware and software), including helpdesk and data management.
- Set up, install, and configure personal computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and implement corrective action within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation, writing, and roll out of IT processes and procedures.
- Provide user training on new applications, processes, and procedures.

- Configure and maintain virtual cloud servers peripheral equipment, e.g. Firewalls, Switches, Access Points.
- Working knowledge of Cybersecurity controls NIST 800-171.
- Experience with Domain Controller administration, Server roles, and Group Policies.
- SharePoint and OneDrive experience, file folder permission management.
- VoIP software administration.
- Familiarity with scripting.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Programming experience is a plus.
- Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and take the lead if necessary.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and integrity, solid team player.
- Must have the ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and be flexible.

- 5 years in a Microsoft environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an Information Technology discipline
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel for extended periods of time, reach with hands frequently, and climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally.
- Must be able to write and speak clearly.
- Must have good close vision.
- Regular lifting of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Incumbent will be exposed to general office and production working conditions that include exposure to fluorescent lights and may include risk of radiation from computer monitor and electrical shock, and may occasionally be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The typical work environment has moderate office noise.
