Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain HSE programs and procedures to meet current internal HSE standards, external regulatory requirements, and in line with the HSE Management System.
Act as the primary liaison for all HSE matters for the facility.
Job Duties
Conduct, coordinate, and document HSE training in accordance with HSE Management System.
Maintain HSE records and reporting to meet internal and external requirements.
Lead and participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses, including documentation and reporting in the required systems.
Facilitate and lead Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analyses, and HSE initiatives as assigned across the facility.
Coordinate and participate in internal and external HSE audits.
Represent the facility in HSE meetings with operations leadership and external regulatory agencies as needed.
Maintain all facility-level HSE documentation in accordance with the HSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
May be required to support and/or respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours.
Minimal travel, up to 10% of the time, to support HSE programs as required.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Occupational Health, Safety or related field preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of HSE experience, preferably working in an industrial or chemical manufacturing related environment.
OSHA 10/30-hour General Industry trainer certification preferred.
Professional HSE certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms) is required.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train small groups at the facility level.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in accordance with NOV policy.
