We are seeking a Donor & Client Support Coordinator II. for our Charlotte, NC Office located at: 13500 South Point Blvd, Ste L., Charlotte, NC 28273
Shift Information: 1st Shift, Sunday - Thursday , 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Information: The salary for this position is $20.24/ hr. Shift Differential ( $1.75 after 3pm, $1.25 on weekends)

Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. The ability to read, write and verbally communicate at the high school to college level is required. Intermediate to advanced level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment is required.

Responsibilities
- Assist coordinating the daily operations, including biologic product deviation notifications and addressing concerns, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supports the timely management of product level investigation under ARC inventory.
- Coordinate the identification, control, notification and retrieval of suspect products.
- Identify suspect products by reviewing donor deferral records
- Perform retrieval activities related to product complaints including bacterial detection cases.
- May correct, update and verify changes in donor records to ensure appropriate entry and confidential handling of data.
- May assist with donor reentry and reinstatement.
