Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic lead generation
- Develop and manage organized prospecting campaigns and sales pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals) to initiate client relationships
- Execute and optimize structured sales funnels from lead generation through conversion
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics using Excel
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with advisors and executives to align outreach efforts with firm growth objectives
