The developer will support legacy modernization efforts, and will integrate enterprise systems through web services, APIs, and data migration. This role will work closely with architects and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing workflow and case management solutions. The position will emphasize DevOps best practices, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Proficient in Appian platform, including design, development, and deployment of Appian applications
- Legacy Modernization: Re-platform applications from older technologies
- Integration: Integrate Appian with other systems and databases, handling data migration
- Agile & DevOps: Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines, promoting DevOps best practices.
- Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Lead Architects on design and technical documentation
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and case management
- Experience with Appian SAIL, interfaces, records, and reports
- Ability to integrate Appian with external systems using web services and APIs
- Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Appian solutions
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
