Membership Services Representative (MSR) – Position Overview
The Membership Services Team provides support to veterinarians and veterinary students in the application for and ongoing management of their membership accounts. MS Representatives handle a variety of job duties such as processing applications, handling emails and phone calls, creating and updating member records, and processing billing.
To be able to assist VIN members effectively, you are expected to become familiar with all aspects of VIN.com and features of VIN membership. You need to be able to navigate quickly across multiple computer screens and task windows. Multi-tasking and excellent time management skills are crucial.
Your work schedule is flexible and will be adjusted according to workload and company needs. Evening as well as occasional weekend work is required.

This position requires you to work full-time on a computer. Physical requirements of this position typically include reaching, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, repetitive motions such as typing and clicking, and exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move.
Pay and Benefits
The starting pay scale ranges from $20-$22 depending on experience.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving techniques.
