- Writing and refining internal stories, award submissions, and other content that brings our culture and work to life.
- Reviewing work and giving clear feedback to help storytellers improve and grow.
- Planning and maintaining a year-round content calendar that supports our priorities and programs.
- Leading and supporting a small content team by setting expectations, coaching thoughtfully, and keeping work moving forward.
- Making sure captured content (interviews, events, b-roll, etc.) is organized and ready to be used when needed.
- Paying attention to how stories are landing and adjusting approach based on feedback and engagement.
- Exploring new tools and ways of working, including AI, to improve efficiency and quality.
- Pitching in where needed to support team priorities and strengthen culture (excluding licensed tasks).
