W2DescriptionResponsibilities:To support client support team by covering following tasks;1. Provide guidance and explanations on migration procedures and how to use the new system2. Respond to customer inquiries related to the migration process via phone and email3. Update customer-facing materials such as migration guides, FAQs, and support documentation4. Track customer migration progress and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions5. Escalate technical issues or concerns to internal teams and coordinate resolutions6. Collect customer feedback and share suggestions for improving processes and services7. Document support interactions and prepare reports on migration activities and customer experienceSkills:Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (mandatory)Strong common sense and general communication skills (mandatory)Ability to respond flexibly to changing situations (mandatory)Experience in banking (if possible)Experience in customer support (if possible)Experience with ISO and ACH-related operations (if possible)
