Work Status Details: REGULAR FULL TIME | 80.00 Hours Every Two Weeks Shift: Days Pay Rate Type: Annual Salary Location: Remote Please Note: This is a remote position; however, due to labor law regulations and business requirements, candidates residing in certain states may not be eligible for remote work. Employment eligibility from specific states will be reviewed and may require prior approval. Alternatively, candidates have the option to work onsite at our Yuma, AZ location. Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates. Min = $86,763.34 Mid = $108,454.18 Max = $130,145.01 Summary: A skilled SharePoint Administrator who will oversee the administration, configuration, and support of our Microsoft SharePoint environment. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable collaboration across the organization. The SharePoint Administrator will work closely with Information Technology teams, business units, and clinical departments to deliver solutions that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and support Onvida Health’s mission of building a healthier tomorrow. Responsibilities: System Administration & Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain Onvida Health’s SharePoint environment. Manage site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and security groups. Monitor system performance, availability, and usage. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Support migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services and third-party tools. Governance, Security & Compliance: Implement governance policies and ensure compliance with organizational and healthcare data standards. Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery testing. Maintain secure access controls and ensure data protection practices are followed. Business Solutions & Workflow Development: Partner with stakeholders to assess business requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions. Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools. Integrate SharePoint with other collaboration and productivity platforms. User Support & Training: Provide technical support to staff, site owners, and end users. Deliver training and guidance on SharePoint features and best practices. Document configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint.
