As a Patient Service Representative for our Santa Monica Behavioral Health Clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide direct support to the Clinicians and Patients. Major duties include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison for the patients and clinicianss in the practice, assisting patients in accessing service within the health system, facilitating communication with referring physicians, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up through telephone and EPIC/Care Connect At UCLA Health, passionate clinicians in a wide range of disciplines have enabled us to become a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and more than 270 community clinics throughout Southern California.
