The Department of Anesthesiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center – Lubbock, Texas, commits to provide the highest-quality anesthesiology and perioperative care to its patients, offer exceptional educational opportunities for residents, students and trainees, as well as other physicians, and advance knowledge through innovative scholarship and medical research. Rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and applicable salary are dependent upon candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Major/Essential Functions
- Provide anesthesia services to patients.
- Teach/supervise/mentor Residents and medical students.
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certification or in the process of becoming board eligible in Anesthesiology or specialty.
- Completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 3.
