- JOB DUTIES
- JOB QUALIFICATIONS
In this role you will provide vital administrative support to the Kidney Transplant Program. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Screen and manage program-related calls.
- Schedule and coordinate outpatient procedures for transplant evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and records.
- Support transplant list maintenance, patient re-evaluations, and outpatient clinic operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, faxing, and record maintenance for the Transplant Program.
- Assist nurse coordinators with administrative duties.
- Provide coverage for other administrative staff as needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
- Consistently deliver CICARE World Class Care standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Comply with all hospital and departmental policies and procedures
