Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying client needs and selling security services (armed/unarmed guards, patrol services, monitoring solutions).
- Prospect and engage commercial businesses, residential communities, property management firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Make 45–60 outbound calls per day while nurturing leads and managing pipeline activity.
- Qualify inbound leads to understand client security requirements.
- Research and contact potential clients to introduce services and schedule consultations.
- Conduct client consultations, develop customized security solutions, and negotiate service agreements.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads from initial contact through contract signing.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or telesales experience (security or service industry preferred).
- Strong motivation and resilience, with the ability to handle cold calling and rejection.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of physical security services is a plus.
