Help Families Understand the Importance of Estate Planning
Veteran Savings Network is hiring a Legacy Planning Advisor to help launch and grow our new estate planning division.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for the right person to step into a meaningful, client-facing role inside a fast-growing company with 600 5-star Google reviews and a strong reputation for trust, service, and results.
While this division is new for us, we are a certified advisor for a digital trust platform that has been around since 1985 and has been used to complete over 20,000 trusts. That gives us a strong foundation, proven process, and real credibility from day one.
This role is centered around education, communication, and guidance.
You are not expected to be an attorney.
You will NOT be providing legal advice.
You are not expected to come in as an estate planning expert.
Instead, your role is to help individuals and families:
- understand why estate planning matters
- recognize the importance of getting foundational protections in place
- feel comfortable moving forward through a clear, guided process
- stay informed and supported from the first conversation through final execution

What You’ll Do
As a Legacy Planning Advisor, you will:
- meet with individuals and families through scheduled consultations
- educate clients on the importance of proper estate planning in a clear and approachable way
- explain the attorney guided digital trust-based planning process using simple, easy-to-understand language
- help qualified clients move forward with the program
- manage the client relationship from the initial consultation through final execution
- conduct and facilitate notarization meetings (You must be or become a Notary)
- help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process
- maintain CRM documentation and follow a structured workflow
- support warm transitions to additional planning resources when appropriate
- contribute feedback and ideas as the division grows
This is not a cold-calling role and not a high-pressure sales job.
It is a structured, relationship-based role built around education, communication, and helping families take action.

Training and Support
You will receive training, structure, and support to learn:

Again, this role is not about becoming a lawyer as you will NOT be providing legal advice!
It is about becoming excellent at educating, guiding, and helping people move forward through a proven process.
Requirements
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- willingness to work in office
- comfort with in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and phone conversations
- willingness and ability to become a Notary Public
- comfort using CRM systems and following structured workflows
- high integrity, professionalism, and follow-through
Compensation
This role offers a combination of base support and performance-based compensation.
The right person should be comfortable with a meaningful portion of compensation being tied to results, client progress, and overall contribution to business outcomes. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
