Veteran Savings Network is hiring a Legacy Planning Advisor to help launch and grow our new estate planning division.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for the right person to step into a meaningful client-facing role and grow with a rapidly expanding company known for trust, service, and results. While this division is new for us, we are a certified advisor for a digital trust platform that has been around since 1985 and has been used to complete over 20,000 trusts. This gives us a strong foundation, proven process, and real credibility from day one.

What You’ll Do
As a Legacy Planning Advisor, you will:
- meet with prospective clients through scheduled consultations
- educate families on the importance of legacy planning
- guide qualified clients through our digital trust-based planning process
- manage the client relationship from consultation through final execution
- conduct and facilitate notarization meetings
- support warm transitions to additional planning resources when appropriate
- maintain CRM documentation and follow company process standards
- contribute ideas and feedback as the division grows
This is not a cold-calling role and not a high-pressure sales job. It is a consultative position centered around trust, communication, and helping families move forward on important decisions.

Preferred Backgrounds
Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
- teaching, education, or instructional roles
- client service or advisory roles
- estate planning intake or legal client intake
- customer success, onboarding, or relationship management
- consultative inside sales
- senior services or family-support roles
Candidates with a teaching background are strongly encouraged to apply. Teachers often do very well in this role because they know how to communicate clearly, build trust, lead conversations, and help people take action.
Requirements
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- willingness to work in office
- comfort with in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and phone conversations
- willingness and ability to become a Virtual Notary Public
- comfort using CRM systems and following structured workflows
- high integrity, professionalism, and follow-through
Compensation
This role offers a combination of base support and performance-based compensation.
