- Prior military leadership experience strongly preferred — ideal for former NCOs with backgrounds in QA, safety, auditing, or 3MC-style programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking systems.
- Able to manage and influence third-party warehouse personnel.
- Must be eligible for TSA security clearance and 24/7 audit contact (cell phone stipend provided).
- No travel required
- Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base $500/month performance bonus.
- Location: Wilmington, MA (235 Andover St).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start time (6 AM–8 AM); must be TSA-audit reachable after hours.
- Paid Time Off: Begins accruing Day 1 12 paid holidays per year.
