About the Role
Veteran Fire Protection is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships throughout California. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring service delivery, and driving long term client retention and growth. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and experienced in managing service based accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned California based accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Coordinate with internal operations and field teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Track inspections, service schedules, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for additional services within existing accounts
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate account records and activity within the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of account management, customer success, or client services experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts across different regions
- Experience working in a fast paced service environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general business software
- Experience in the fire protection industry
- Knowledge of California fire and life safety codes or compliance requirements
- Experience managing multi site or commercial clients
- Familiarity with service scheduling or dispatch environments
Pay: $55,136.30 - $66,400.70 per year
