Veterans Disability Associate Attorney (Remote - Florida)

Veteran Esquire Legal Solutions, PLLC is a rapidly growing law firm dedicated exclusively to representing veterans in their pursuit of disability benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Founded and led by a U.S. Army combat veteran and VA-accredited attorney with nearly a decade of experience litigating veterans disability claims and appeals, our firm is built on a simple principle: veterans deserve exceptional legal advocacy from attorneys who care deeply about their clients and their cases.

For nearly a decade, our firm has represented veterans across the country in disability claims and appeals before the VA Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Veterans disability law is constantly evolving and is a growing and nationally respected practice area with meaningful long-term career upside. Our work often involves complex legal and medical issues, including cases involving toxic exposures, complicated service connections, and cutting-edge arguments at the intersection of law, medicine, and science. Our firm focuses on identifying overlooked legal theories, developing novel arguments, and advancing cases that push the boundaries of existing VA adjudication.

We are a small but growing team that values thoughtful legal work, strong client relationships, and a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous learning.

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.
