Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. This hybrid role is based in our Paramus, NJ office, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, advising clients, and engaging in contract negotiation. The role also involves contributing to litigation, labor and employment law matters, and collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver tailored legal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and proficiency in Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in Legal Advice and the ability to provide actionable solutions for clients
- Experience in conducting detailed Legal Research to support cases and transactions
- Proficiency in Negotiation tactics to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas in a team environment
- Experience in New Jersey government, political affairs, or knowledge of relevant state laws is a plus
