- Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Collect payments and process invoices accurately
- Explain hospital services, policies, and next steps clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate patient records and document client communications
- Support efficient front desk operations and hospital workflow
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional client service
- Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
- Confidence handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate communication skills, especially in emotional or sensitive situations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
- Experience with Avimark practice management software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive under pressure
