Norwell Veterinary Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!
Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Part-time
- Salary: $16 – $22 per hour
- Schedule: Varies, including evenings, days, and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working around animals of all sizes and temperaments
- Prior reception or veterinary experience is a plus (but not required!)
- Part-time hours, including some evenings and/or weekends
