- Role: Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Part-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Part-time, weekends off

- Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred, but not required
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, client communications, and appointment scheduling
- Answer and triage phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide general service information
- Maintain accurate client/patient records, forms, and financial transactions
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges, including preparing documents and reviewing instructions with clients
- Handle payments, invoices, estimates, and basic cash-drawer reconciliation
- Support the flow of the practice by preparing and organizing medical files and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, mailings, reminders, and filing
