Fisherville Animal Hospital is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant!
Position Details
- Role: Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm, One day off during the week (4 10 hour days)

- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and handle invoices
- Clearly communicate hospital policies, services, and pricing
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas
- Stock supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Perform general cleaning duties, including disinfecting surfaces, laundry, and end-of-day tasks
- 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- A compassionate, client-focused approach
- Comfort working hands-on with animals
- Basic computer and administrative skills
