- Review and discuss monthly DVM production.
- Address client concerns involving medical care.
- Ensure DVMs and LVTs practice within scope and follow medical standards.
- Support Hospital Manager with policy implementation and team alignment.
- Establish protocols, standards of care, and accurate Rx processes.
- Collaborate with hospital and regional leadership to meet financial goals.
- Promote productivity, efficiency, and strong clinical outcomes.

Qualifications
- DVM/VMD.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Leadership/management CE encouraged.
