- Structured schedule with:
- Surgery days (typically starting at 8:00 AM)
- Appointment days (starting at 8:30 AM, closing at 5:45 PM)
- Collaborative and positive team culture that actively prioritizes atoxic-free workplace
- Strong support staff with a1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio, including3 LVTs
- Opportunity to see a consistent caseload (typically15 patients/day) while maintaining quality care
- Established relationships with community organizations, including CFA and senior services
- Flexibility to tailor your schedule and workflow to what works best for you
