As the Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff and leadership team to ensure smooth hospital operations, high-quality patient care, and an engaged, motivated staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills who values collaboration and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hospital and pet hotel
- Partner with the Medical Director to support the medical team and ensure excellent patient and client care
- Manage, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement and professional growth
- Handle financial and business operations, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and veterinary regulations
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Experience in veterinary management or hospital leadership preferred
- Strong background in team leadership, HR, and business operations preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in practice management software (Cornerstone experience a plus)
