Hospital Manager | East Hartford Animal Clinic | East Hartford, CT

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day hospital operations
- Mentoring and supporting our technician and client service teams
- Managing scheduling, workflow, and overall efficiency
- Assisting on the floor as needed to support patient care and client experience
- Partnering with the COS on team development and hospital performance
- Leadership or supervisory experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Calm, steady presence—especially under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style
- Passion for supporting both people and pets in the community
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A beautiful, fully equipped hospital with modern tools and technology
- A supportive team with a lot of heart and strong culture
- Close partnership with an experienced and engaged Chief of Staff
