- Status: Full-time
- Salary: $16.50–$18.00 per hour
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

- Answer phones professionally, look up client information, schedule appointments, take messages, and answer client’s questions.
- Greet all clients with a smile and welcoming tone.
- Prioritize between routine cases and emergency cases and schedule accordingly.
- Generate invoicing, explain invoices to clients, and process payments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and patients.
- Know and use medical abbreviations to make appropriate notes in patient records and appointment notes.
- Maintain medical records. Establish or understand medical record filing systems.
- Count and record cash flow. Prepare bank deposits.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
