Overview
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a collection of responsibilities which must take place for assigned Vestis locations. These responsibilities may in fact be shared amongst all Regional Administrative Coordinators and each coordinator should be cross-trained and conversant on how to effectively complete all required tasks. The Regional Administrative Coordinator is a multi-faceted role that supports the functions of Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, DOT Compliance, Legal, Labor Relations, and other Vestis Corporate departments. The Regional Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for training, auditing, and filling in for vacations, leave of absence’s, job openings, etc. for the Market Center Administrative Coordinator role as necessary.

Overview
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a collection of responsibilities which must take place for assigned Vestis locations. The Regional Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for training, auditing, and filling in for vacations, leave of absence’s, job openings, etc. for the Market Center Administrative Coordinator role as necessary.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Plan and organize to ensure all Administrative Coordinator job duties will be covered during job openings or time off situations. This is to include:
- All Payroll Activity, HR functions, Gain/Loss Reporting, Misc. Office functions and Billing functions.
- Responsible for training for all new and existing MC Administrative Coordinators
- Responsible for auditing the work of MC Administrative Coordinators to ensure compliance with Vestis processes and completeness of work.
- Will need to work closely with MC leadership on time off scheduling/employee training etc. to ensure coverage is obtainable.
- Responsible for maintaining proper internal controls (including SOX compliance) and enforcement of Vestis policies and procedures throughout assign area.
- Evaluation of processes and procedures to gain efficiencies by driving continuous improvement of the finance organization, utilizing standardization, simplification, and automation when possible.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
- Maintain continuous focus on providing outstanding customer service (both internal and external).
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Up to 50% travel
- No special physical requirements for this position.
- Work Experience 3-5 yrs., preferred.
- Microsoft Suite Experience, specifically Excel, required.
- Experience with Oracle Business Suite, a plus
