What You’ll Do
As our Purchasing Manager, you will lead the charge in building a smarter, stronger, and more resilient supply chain:
• Drive sourcing strategy with a focus on total cost of ownership (TCO), quality, and continuity
• Build and manage global supplier partnerships, from onboarding to performance improvement
• Negotiate with impact—pricing, contracts, and terms that deliver measurable savings
• Stay ahead of the market by analyzing trends, commodity risks, and global supply conditions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and logistics to keep production moving while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and internal company policies
• Optimize inventory and demand planning to reduce stockouts and improve efficiency
• Lead cost reduction initiatives, including RFP and line reviews
• Identify and mitigate risk across global sourcing channels
• Leverage data—develop reporting dashboards, generating actionable insights , and supporting new ERP system implementation
• Lead and develop your team, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
• Support new product launches and key company initiatives

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of procurement experience, including global sourcing
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of developing teams and creating a strategic vision that drives performance and continuous improvement
• Background in manufacturing (engineered or fabricated products preferred)

• Deep knowledge of global sourcing and supply chain strategy
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions
• Understanding of international trade and logistics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong technical and computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple software platforms and systems
