Role Description
This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Manager role is based in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and identifying their needs, providing technical sales solutions, and driving revenue growth. The role also entails offering technical support, handling customer inquiries, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. An emphasis is placed on collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions for customers while meeting company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Account Management skills, including the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in offering Technical Support and understanding product specifications and applications
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
