Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Attorney role based in Dearborn, MI. The Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, representing clients in court, conducting depositions, and preparing for trials. Responsibilities also include managing case strategies and collaborating with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and experience with legal research and case preparation
- Proficiency in drafting Motions and legal documents
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and experience representing clients in Courts
- Experience conducting Depositions and preparing for Trials
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing with the Michigan State Bar
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus
