This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney, located in Detroit, MI. The Litigation Attorney will manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities also include collaborating with legal teams, researching case law, and advising clients on legal strategies and procedures.
- Strong background in Law, including knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Experience drafting and filing Motions
- Proficiency in navigating Courts and court procedures
- Skilled in Depositions and interviewing witnesses
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and conduct Trials
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Michigan
- Experience with litigation software tools is a plus
