Hirzel Law is hiring a litigation attorney to help lead complex real estate, condominium, and HOA cases. We are seeking an individual who excels under pressure, takes ownership of their results, and is eager to grow rapidly. You do not need HOA experience to succeed here. What matters most is courtroom skill, sharp writing, and a results-driven mindset. What You Will Do
- Lead complex litigation involving real estate, condominium, and HOA matters from start to finish
- Take ownership of your cases early, handling motion practice, hearings, and client strategy with confidence
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional client service
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by writing blogs, speaking at events, and helping with presentations
- Learn our leadership and management framework to position yourself for future opportunities as a pod lead and take on larger leadership responsibilities over time

Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan
- 4-8 years of litigation experience, with real estate or HOA experience a plus but not required
- Strong writing, research, and client communication skills with a commitment to excellence
- Achieve annual billable hour commitment of 1,600 hours

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $135,000 to $175,000, depending on experience
- Future compensation system that pays based on a percentage of billed time, rewarding additional hours, is immediately available
- Quarterly bonus opportunities up to $10,000 annually tied to firm performance and pod billing targets
