Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely updates across stakeholders.
- Manage collaboration between internal teams and colocation partners to maintain schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track milestones, risks, and issues; drive resolution and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Support research, documentation, and planning efforts that inform infrastructure and modernization decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
- Experience with infrastructure or network projects involving multiple stakeholder groups (preferred).
