Key Responsibilities
- Growth Innovation: Partner with leadership to identify, structure, and scale new business opportunities, with a focus on accelerating site identification and acquisitions.
- AI Strategy & Implementation: Lead the deployment of cutting-edge AI tools to enhance decision-making in real estate, streamline design-to-manufacturing processes, and elevate Vessel Intelligence as a seamless in-home experience
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Manufacturing teams to prototype solutions, validate models, and operationalize technology across the business
- Entrepreneurial Execution: Treat each initiative like a startup—setting vision, building MVPs, testing fast, and driving adoption
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and approaches that keep Vessel at the forefront of housing innovation
- A builder and operator with an entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience in startups, venture creation, or growth-stage environments
- Deep curiosity and practical experience with AI/ML applications, from data-driven insights to applied systems in business or consumer contexts
- Strong communicator who can connect dots across disciplines and inspire teams to rally around new ideas
- Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change—while keeping execution crisp and outcomes measurable
