Very Bespoke Events is seeking reliable event assistants for a wedding in Havre de Grace, Maryland on Friday, October 9, 2026.
This is a hands-on wedding décor and production role assisting our lead designer with setup and a ceremony-to-reception flip.
Responsibilities include unloading and staging décor, installing faux florals and candles, assisting with ceremony arches, styling reception tables, setting up a British telephone booth/audio guestbook, welcome décor, and moving floral arrangements from the ceremony to reception following the ceremony.
This is a split-shift position. Initial setup will take place approximately 11:45 AM–4:15 PM, followed by a short break and return for the ceremony flip around 5:15–6:00 PM.
Applicants should be punctual, able to follow detailed styling instructions, comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, and able to carefully handle florals, glassware and décor.
Must have reliable transportation to and from Havre de Grace, MD.
Wedding, floral, catering, banquet, hospitality, visual merchandising or event-production experience is a plus but not required.
Dependable team members may be offered additional event work with Very Bespoke Events.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
