We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This position is perfect for recent grads who are excited about gaining hands on experience in recruiting and learning about digital advertising along the way. They will collaborate directly with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and ensure a consistent, responsive candidate experience.

$50,000 - $60,000 USD

They will collaborate directly with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and ensure a consistent, responsive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Help source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, etc. to develop a strong prospect pipeline to support recruiting needs
- Serve as the central point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process
- Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives and outreach efforts
- You have great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- You have excellent time management and project management skills
- You’re meticulous and detail oriented
- You’re curious and you’re a problem solver
- You love working and collaborating with other teams
- ~1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in the advertising or ad technology industry is a plus
- Experience collaborating with team members in various locations globally is a plus
