Responsibilities:
- Handcrafting our line of bowls, smoothies & toast according to Verve standard and guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable about the product and menu to provide excellent customer service throughout the ordering process and beyond.
- Cheerfully respond to all guest requests no matter how small.
- Run the POS system, control cash, and execute daily sheets.
- Proactively check inventory, restock product and manage waste.
- Cleaning & sanitizing food prep areas, equipment, service area, and bathroom.
- Execute food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines
