We’re looking for Night Shift (5PM-1AM) position at CrackleMi – Vietnamese Grill (Ballard, Seattle, WA)

We're searching for individuals who have excellent multitasking skills, are able to work under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A day at work:
Build delicious Vietnamese rice/noodle bowls and banh mi sandwiches using a fun mix of base, veggies, and proteins. Most of our service is takeout and kiosk-based, so it’s fast- paced and team-oriented.
Qualifications:
- A team player who is able to communicate with the members during service and take initiation, helps lighten burdens of other team members and serve each other each day.
- Cleanliness and hygiene are important as we are a restaurant serving food to people, we want to ensure a consistent food experience and quality, presentation, and speed of service.
- Punctuality, being on-time as there are other members are dependent on you for the shift.
- Be accountable and responsible for your performance and duty during the shift.
- Enthusiasm and Positivity are HUGE PLUS, we’re a fast-paced restaurant so it can be hectic at times. A positive attitude can take you really far!
- Preferred experience: dishwasher, restaurant, fast food, server, host, cook, prep cook, FOH/BOH, fast-paced restaurant.
- Most importantly: a strong sense of commitment to show up for your shift!
No Experience? No Problem.
We provided PAID TRAINING! Whether you’ve worked in a restaurant before or are brand new to the industry, we’ve got you. We'll train you on everything! However, the willingness to learn, pay attention to detail, and good communication skills are important qualities to be successful in this role.
