As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and food-loving individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile
- Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly
- Collect payment and handle transactions with care
- Deliver food and beverages, confirming order numbers and items with guests
- Prepare and serve shakes and beverages to guest specifications
- Educate guests about our plant-based menu, specials, and promotions
- Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Support in-store promotions and new product rollouts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary front-of-house environment
- Perform daily cleaning and restocking duties (tables, beverage stations, counters, etc.)
- Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure smooth, efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front of House, Cashier, Server, or Guest Service role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around common allergens (soy, nuts, gluten, etc.)
